The Community Resource Center works with individuals and families to assess their needs, connect them to a network of resources, and help them design a plan to reach their desired goals. Through advocacy, case management, and referral, the CRCTV collaborates with individuals, organizations, and other agencies to help Teton Valley residents move away from crisis and gain stability in their lives.
